Return Policy - Damaged Product

Occasionally, a product purchased over the internet or by mail order is damaged in shipping. As your POLE PAL product was designed to withstand rough treatment, and is solidly constructed of either high-impact plastics or high-impact plastics and stainless steel, the chances of you receiving a damaged POLE PAL product are remote. If, however, you do receive a POLE PAL product which was damaged in transit, any damages must be reported to us within 10 business days of receipt. Please keep the product and the packaging it was shipped in, and complete and submit a report of the damage using our contact form. We will reply to you promptly with return instructions and product replacement procedures.

Return Policy - Defective Product

If you've received a damaged POLE PAL product which is unsatisfactory due to a defect in manufacturer's workmanship or materials, please complete and submit a report of the defect using our contact form. Although we rigorously inspect each of our POLE PAL products during the manufacturing process, and we re-inspect each product before it leaves our warehouse, it is still possible for a "dud" to slip through, and we want to know about it. We will reply to you promptly with return instructions and product replacement procedures.

Return Policy - Undamaged Product

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage or defect, the following return policies apply:

Product must be returned within 21 calendar days of receipt of product. Charges associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Fishin' With Red, LLC will not accept COD return shipments for any reason whatsoever.
